Common Questions

A few straightforward answers about the free Business Review and what happens next.

Have a specific enquiry not covered here? You are welcome to submit a review request or reach out directly on the contact form shown above to discuss your thoughts.

Is the initial review really free?

Yes. There are no hidden fees, no card details required and no obligation to continue. We’ll review the information you provide and highlight the areas we believe are most worth exploring.

What will my review be based on?

Your answers, your website and any other information you choose to share. We’ll look at where you want to take the business and where there may be opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs or improve efficiency.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. AI is only one of the tools we may consider. The starting point is your business, not the technology. If AI or automation can genuinely help, we’ll explain where and why.

What happens after I receive the review?

You can simply take the findings away and use them yourself. If something deserves a closer look, we can discuss the next step with you. Nothing happens unless you choose to proceed.

Can you help implement the recommendations?

Yes. You can implement them yourself, use your existing team, or ask Assist to help with some or all of the work.

Will I need to replace my existing systems?

Usually not. We prefer to improve what you already have wherever practical. If a system is genuinely holding the business back, we’ll explain the issue and the options before recommending any change.

How long does the Business Review take?

Once we have your information, we aim to review it and come back to you promptly within 24 hours with the areas we believe are most worth exploring.
